Bleach: Halibel by TayleRX Bleach: Halibel by TayleRX
Hello peeps, here is a drawing I finished yesterday. Now, I know that this scene from Bleach is popular due to Halibel showing her... well you know, number... and that a lot of people have drew it. However, this specific moment in Bleach has been in my mind for quite a while and I just wanted to turn it into use and draw Halibel with this pose. The main difference between this drawing and my other drawings is that this drawing took me quite a while, was annoying to draw and instead of a close up of face just like in my other drawings, I went for half body. Ahh yeah, and I took tips from people on how to properly shade blonde hair characters, so thanks for that guys :D Anyway, I leave you this drawing for you to rate and comment :D TayleRX out

wow! A great job on everything here! The blonde hair looks great. You got the motion of both the hair and the clothes just right. Once again, I am extremely impressed with how you get the smaller details (the hollow mask over her mouth, and the number three) perfect every time. The eyes are flawless as well, which is difficult to achieve in a profile shot. If I had anything constructive to say about it (which I'm having very much difficulty FINDING something), it would be that the shading looks a bit rough in certain parts, which is an extremely easy fix. In more delicate areas that have shading, blending (or smudging as I call it) can give it a much more smooth, almost creamy look. I found that the napkin method, if applied with cation and care, can accomplish this, but I prefer to use these things I call (*drumroll*) smudgers (What a shocking name!)! They look like tiny pencils made of rolled up paper, and if you go over your shading with them, it comes out looking smoother in the softer areas. Is just a suggestion, but BELIEVE ME- you by no means need it! On a scale of one to awesome, I think you know what I 'd give this one, lol! It's just too bad she isn't a bit more clothed here! Keep up the good work, mate!

p.s. I noticed that she is your second female character, and I'm glad you've decided not to give up on them:)

Haha, thanks mate. Lots of people have mentioned the napkin method to me but I stimply dont have soft paper atm lol. I promise tho, that I will give it a shot once I get my hands on the actual paper :D Yet again mate, very constructive and extremely helpful feedback. Ahh yeah when it comes to her "sharp" clothing... it was an experiment on how people would react to it :D Thanks for da feedback!
